In 2013 a four-legged friend from an animal shelter moved in with us, changing our lives. One year later a second one followed. Together, we started on the fascinating journey “Man and Dog Dream Team”. Since then we have learned a lot about how to handle dogs, learned about ourselves, but also made mistakes. To mean well doesn’t necessarily mean to do well.
For a few years now, scientific research has been providing some serious studies on dogs which has helped clear up many persistent, but wrong myths about them. Science has provided new and astonishing insights into the behaviour and learning capabilities of our four-legged friends and their unique ability to adapt to us humans.
This is where I’d like to focus on: with my experience as an adult educator and dog trainer I will help you and your dogs to grow together as a dream team with head, heart and hand (and paw!) As adapted from the great Swiss pedagogue Heinrich Pestalozzi. This journey will be as unique as you and your dogs are unique and as individual as you and your dogs are.
